Due to the automated sorting process, omissions of bricks may happen. Additionally, rubbing between bricks during packaging and transit can result in damage. Rest assured, we're committed to providing free replacements for any missing or damaged bricks.

If you encounter missing or damaged bricks while building, we suggest checking other bags as sometimes bricks may be inadvertently placed in the wrong bag. Stickers are typically found alongside the instructions or tucked inside, so please inspect carefully.

In the event that the issue cannot be resolved, kindly reach out to our customer service team via eBay message or email, including the following details:

The order number and model number.
Clearly circle the missing or damaged parts in the instructions and provide corresponding photos.
