DAMAGES & LOST SHIPMENTS:

I am very peculiar about the packaging of the items that i sell. In the 10 years that I have been selling online, I have only had (2) items that were damaged in transit. I use bubble wrap, Foam sheets, air pillows, paper shred and/or packing peanuts to protect items and help ensure your order arrives undamaged and in the same condition it left in. Once items are safely wrapped they are then placed in USPS approved boxes and if it is Fragile, all sides of the box is stamped "FRAGILE....HANDLE WITH CARE" in Red Ink. 

If you do receive a damaged shipment or if your shipment is lost in transit by the carrier, please contact me ASAP so I can help get a claim started and get you refunded.

***I DO NOT EVER mark up the shipping charges as a way to make extra profit off my customers. The price you are charged for shipping, is  EXACTLY the same amount I had to pay to eBay when I purchased the shipping label. To help out my customers, I have even extended my full discount to you ( I purchase all shipping labels directly from eBay, so I receive a nice discount from them. I keep none of this discount, but subtract it from the real shipping cost you would have had to pay. My way of saying, "Thank you for ordering from me"

You can rest assured that the photo in the listing, is the exact item you will be receiving. I always take plenty of pictures of my listed items, being sure to get close ups as well as views from all angles.
