Original early pen & Wash sketch of Dutch Scene, I pencil reverse it is written (something Initial) then G. Pfaff, circa 1870 - Though I would have thought this to be earlier. Lovely picture which I purchased amongst a load of old prints. On inspection, however, it is an original drawing and not a print. Even with the blemishes this is a great picture - with a lot going on. In a way, the marks and blemishes add to it.
