Probably a 1980's piece,
very artistic and unusual creation. Depicting an abstract plant, a tulip?
The blue panel appears to be crafted from glass,
while the deep blue stone is possibly a lapis lazuli.
It has hallmarks for silver and a maker's mark, too small for me to read.
Dimensions are approximately 2.5 inches (6.5 cm) by 0.8 inches (2 cm),
with a weight of 21 grams.
