CONDITION: Excellent condition for its age and previous wear/use. A couple of the beads/sequins have fallen off over time. No stains, rips or holes. There is some discoloration around the hem of the skirt, this appears to be dirt/dust from rubbing along the ground and does appear to be cleanable. Smoke free. Pet free. Waist band/tie is removable and adjustable, connected by a strap on the hip on both sides.
