This is an MTH 30-2202-1 Rock Island RS-3 Diesel Locomotive with Protosound 2.0 from 2002. Features include an operating headlight, all metal gears, 2 precision flywheel equipped motors and optionally requipped with your choice of loco sound featuring speed control and bell, horn and engine sounds or protosound 2.0 with digital command system featuring speed and light control, diagnostic memory, remotely controlled proto coupler and freight yard proto effects. This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are a few light scratches and rub marks present on the surface of this locomotive. Light dust has collected on the body, so the overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. Wheels and rolling pickups show light signs of wear from previous use. Due to the date of manufacture, the buyer may need to replace the battery. Traction tires included.
