• Pre-owned clothing is cleaned according to manufacturer's instructions. 
• Items are packaged, sealed, and stored for shipment. No additional photos or measurements will be provided.

Shipping:

• Shipping is as listed. 
• Handling time is one business day. 
• High shipping volumes and inclement weather can cause some delays. Please allow extra time after the expected delivery date before contacting us to let us know that your item hasn't arrived yet.

Returns: 

• We offer free 30-day domestic returns less shipping and handling. 
• Returned merchandise must be unused and undamaged. Clothing sold as "New With Tags" must be unwashed, unworn, and have the original tags still attached. 
• We will deduct 50% from refunds for the decreased value on used or damaged returns.
