This is a perfect condition (internally) linear amplifier (please read condition description and check photos, part of the listing).
LV-80 is a US army designed linear amp used with GRC-9 Angry Nine transceivers. After WWII it's production continued in German factories, in this case by HAGENUK.
Using a parallel pair of special version 6146 tubes, the QE05/40H
that have a 26,5V filament. High quality construction and parts, check the roller inductors, rf caps, Litz and silver wire of coils.
It can be driven by PRC-74 or any ham radio QRP HF transceiver having an output of at least 5-10W. PTT is easy, using a 1/4" TS connector, grounding is TX. Will output 50-75W average, Freq range is 2-12Mhz but can be modified for 1,8Mhz. A power supply will be needed, this can be an ST24/GRC-9 inverter or a diy one. Schematics available in the net. Ask me if you don't find them.
