A rare and extremely attractive nautical map of CHESAPEAKE BAY, UNITED STATES, issued in 1922, by the British Admiralty.

This chart shows details of SMITH POINT to COVE POINT.

Features both nautical and inland detail noting both topographical features and thousands of depth soundings (in fathoms). Important ports, Island and navigational points are carefully noted.

Admiralty Chart No. 2846.

Originally published by the British Admiralty in 1922.

This 1947 edition,

has printed correction to 1964.

Note - The orange/red markings on the chart indicate the location of navigational aids, such as lighthouses, beacons, markers, Etc. They have been updated, added / altered on a chart by means of Small Corrections.
