Not sure what this is made of. It almost looks like plaster, maybe ceramic..... but definitely not polished, more matte and rustic. At first I thought it was chipped, but there is paint over it, so I think it is the rustic nature of whatever it is made of. It is in excellent contition. I will also add, it does not seem to want to pull back, so I'm not going to pull on the tape. But it is intact.

Height is shy of 3"Diameter of base 1 2/8"

The base shown in the photo looks to be covered in an old type of paper.
