RETURN'S

       Where we are at fault. Item not as described, damaged or an obvious error on our part is guaranteed a full refund, inclusive of any & all shipping per our stated directions. RETURN DIRECTION’s; All returns MUST be in the original condition received. All returns MUST have all original tags. All returns MUST be shipped by USPS in the same manner as we shipped originally.

      ANY ADDITIONAL COST UP & BEYOND THE ORIGINAL COST, INCURRED IN RETURNING YOUR ITEM IS NOT REFUNDABLE. (if you choose to return an item at a higher rate than we originally shipped to you? This portion is NOT refundable) ALL REFUNDS ARE CREDITED THE SAME DAY YOUR ITEM IS RECEIVED! Refunds due because of a no error on our part are completed as an item refund only. Shipping is excluded. PLEASE feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns, as we strive for 100% satisfaction & happy customers.  Please, note: Returned item should be in original condition - all tags are attached, no signs of being in use and damaged.

ALL shoes shipped in the original boxes, should be returned in the same  box.  PLEASE DO NOT TAPE the shoe box,. Please use the wrapping paper to protect the original shoe box.

SHOES Box; Apparently the lids are sometimes cut off to make the viewing of the shoes more accessible.
