The length of this dress is great for me (5’6 height). I can wear heels and it still reaches the floor. The waist also fits me great (size 4 - 26-27 inches) . The only part that didn't work is the back. I'm a size 34 DD.

I think it would look better on someone with a B or C cup. The bolero also adds a romantic touch to the dress.
