As you probably guessed, T'Chaka II is the son of T'Challa, the Black Panther; his mother is Storm of the X-Men, which you may not have guessed. (Don't feel bad; I had to look it up.) He's full-grown in this figure (#047b, the prime rare from the Avengers / Fantastic Four: Empyre Heroclix set), so he's not from Earth-616. Instead, he's a member of the Exiles, hopping around the timestream. Exciting!
