This is a COALPORT Fine Bone China 14" OVAL SERVING PLATTER in the FLOURISH PATTERN.
This vintage piece has some crazing at base of platter. Scratch noted through flower and green leaves. Please see magnified photos.
Measuring approx. 14 inches x 11 inches. Beautiful colorful platter. I don't see utensil marks on the platter.
