if you just want them NEW and don't really want the box(mostly Peppy's box), but you want that BRAND NEW feel, less pristine box with SOME damage from initial shipping, so it's cheaper. I know people like the unopened boxes.
As fresh as you can probably get otherwise.
These are basically untouched, only the top of the cardboard for Peppy and slight bends on another figure cardboard, you can't notice fromthe front.
These have been kept in a bin since we got them while we kept looking for less "damaged" ones. I'm a hardcore fan, my friend is even bigger fan (nintendo power mag,shirts, every original version,dressing up and all). So we were picky for awhile.
Definatly ask whatever you NEED before buying.
