Very clean un-branded folding folding camera with 10.5cm f/4.5 Zeiss Tessar lens and a Rolex 120 6x9 roll film back. I suspect it is an ICA or an Ihagee Duplex. The shutter is branded F. Deckel-Munchen Compur (inventors of the compound leaf shutter) which was in business from 1904-1910 before it was folded into the Zeiss conglomerate and the shutters simply branded Compur. The view finder is clear and bright.
The shutter is snappy, fires at all speeds and seems on the mark. Can't seem to get it into the Bulb setting but T works. The lens is fairly clear for its age. There is some minor haze and cleaning marks on the front element. But is think it would take good photos. The previous owner was shooting with this camera and there is a roll of film in the back with only 2 exposures on it. What fun!!
The bellows looks good. The focusing rack moves smoothly and it has an extended rack feature with bellows support for close-up photography. The front standard can move up or down and sideways and I think tilt but I have not figured that out yet The back is in good shape showing minor patina from normal use. The camera is in very clean cosmetic shape. The leather covering is very nice with no impact damage.
This is a very nice camera and could be put back into service
