This item is new in its factory sealed, unopened packaging. Batteries are included, but are old and may not work. The packaging has some wear. All corners and edges have little wear and there is scuffing on the plastic. There is a small tear and a large crease on the right side of the box. Please see photos for condition of item. The photos are part of the description.

Operating instructions: Place character on palm, making sure to cover both contacts on bottom of figure to activate sound and lights.
