Box overall is in solid shape. There is some creasing on the inside large flap and one of the smaller flaps is missing.

I've had this in my collection for sometime, and if I remember correctly, it is a second print based off of one of the pages in the manual

Cartridge itself is in immaculate shape . Includes all shown.
