We truly are a mom and pop business.  We generally ship once a week towards the end of the week.  If it is a birthday or emergency, we can make special arrangements. Domestic Shipping:

We use UPS and USPS unless there is some kind of specific issue such as size.

International Shipping:

We use UPS now instead of USPS. International shipping usually takes at least 10-14 days for your item to be delivered.
If more than this time has passed, check at your local post office in person - often these days packages are held for pickup and consumers are not notified - or your shipment may be held up in customs.

Insurance is required on international purchases to ensure your item gets to you safely.
We claim the value of the package by the price at which the auction ends. We are sorry, but we cannot under-value your shipment or claim your item as a gift to avoid customs fees. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and customs fees.
