Having traveled many, many miles and laying down roots right here in this community, José and Carmela are a fantastic duo of song, entertainment, and spreading the joy of their Mexican heritage. "If they are so great," you ask, "why are you getting rid of them?" I'll tell you. Because they refuse to prepare delicious ethnic dishes I desire! I mean, is authentic Mexican street corn for a snack really too much to ask? They just sit there and stare at me, especially ol' Jose with his sleepy eyes and mocking smile. So, on the merit of that alone, it is time for them to find a new home.
