This is a Micro Moog Synthesizer from the 1970's...  Model 2090. All functions work to my knowledge, although the Low Audio 10db port is a bit scratchy. I think it can be replaced or cleaned.  One key sticks occasionally, but rises when others are played. 

      It hasn't been used on a regular basis for about 20 years, but was used daily before being stored in a climate controlled environment since then.  I made a video of it going through the sounds from the different dials, which can be downloaded at:

 The Pitch strip and mod wheel both work.  There is also a custom made carrying case, which is very heavy.  Shipping is calculated on the unit alone and not the wooden carrying case.  The shipping for that would be about double what the shipping would be for the unit itself.
