Item is new but the clear plastic is ripped and has a hole, box has a lot of wear and stains, some of the figures and vehicles aren’t in the correct place . One doll is missing her shoe maybe in there somewhere not sure, one car hooks to the other but the clip is broke, originally came with batteries so there is probably some corrosion , see all pics for condition , smoke free
