This item is new in its original, unopened packaging.  The packaging has wear.  While there are no major tears or dents, all of the edges (the bare edges) have wear including dings and frays.  There is scuffing on the plastic and box..  I cannot list all the imperfections, so, please see photos and use the zoom feature for condition of item.  The photos are part of the description.

The box measures approximately 7.5" T x 10.5" W x 3"D.
