Unfortunately I only have six of these curtain rings but if you have a small window in your baby’s room these might work.

Each plastic ring has an opening so they can get slipped over a curtain rod. Then each ring is equipped with a pink topped diaper pin to hold the curtain fabric (I guess you literally pin the curtain top to the rings). 

The pink pins detach easily from the rings if you just prefer to use the pins for diapers.

In addition there are three extra diaper pins, one white one in the same style as the pink, and one yellow-topped and one white-topped  that have a duck head

Note the yellow duck pin has the pin tip a bit bent - see photo. It may be difficult to use this pin easily without straightening the tip.
