Picked this up at an estate sale in Lincoln Massachusetts home of an avid wreck diver, lots of nautical items. Lovely hard wood burl grains throughout hand carved Hammerhead shark. I have not seen another quite like it. Amazing decor and conversation piece, a real eye catching focal point.

Measures 14 1/2” total length head to tail and 4” inches widest point fin to fin. I do not know what kind of kind of burl hardwood it is, but the wood grains are stunning and amazing. It weighs 1lb 5.2 oz, it’s dense and solid. It’s in amazing condition, and I always had it displayed free from hands and sunlight. This possible one of a kind piece is looking for a new reef home to Rome.
