Bought new to power lights at an exhibition and later found out mains power was available, unit was stored in dry conditions for a few years until moved house and tatty box thrown away. 

It only had fuel and oil put in earlier this year and tested.

I have listed as “new, other” as it has not been used and only defects are mark on handle (photo) and lettering on side scuffed. 

It comes with original screwdriver, spark plug socket and 12v lead that plugs in the front to charge batteries etc.

This type of generator uses small engine to mechanically produce electricity that is then internally electronically converted to either 12volts DC (same as car batteries) or 240volts AC same as household power, In a 12.4kg package. It has two modes, one where engine is at low rpm (and quieter) until a higher load is applied or high rpm constantly. It has automatic overload protection and shuts down and low engine oil protection.

My only personal comment is that whilst it is rated at 1000w continuous and 1200 peak power output, this is overstating this brand of generators, whereas a Honda EU01 rated at 1000w will produce exactly that, but you won’t get a near new Honda for this money! Please bear this in mind if you want to push it to its maximum.
