  • Description: A beautiful about uncirculated scarce small silver coin from British North Borneo. This is the rather scarce 1929H silver Twenty Five cents coin. The coin displays the arms of British North Borneo flanked by two natives on the obverse. The obverse also displays the mint mark "H" near the bottom. The reverse displays the denomination in the center surrounded by the legend "STATE OF NORTH BORNEO" and the date 1929. The coin has a reeded edge, retains some residual luster and has great eye appeal. It is KM 6, weighs ~2.8 grams of 0.500 silver and is ~18 mm in diameter. The coin has all of its details well preserved with minimum observable wear commensurate with its AU grade. The coin has a few scratches and minor bag marks to the surface, which can be seen in the photos. However, these do not affect the coin's quality or beauty.
