Canon 1200D (T5) - turns on (when battery is present, not included) but shows Err 20. Comes with a Canon 17-85 EF-S lens, the aperture diaphragm is in stopped down position, zoom and manual focusing rotate smoothly, otherwise not tested.

Canon 300D - not tested, no suitable battery. Missing battery cover. Comes with a Canon 18-55 lens, not tested.

No external signs of corrosion or impact on either camera, viewfinders look clear. Lens glasses look clear with no scratches, fungus or haze. Otherwise not tested, sold as is. No batteries or chargers, only what is shown is included.
