Ordering Details

Step 1 Select the design you would like round hexagon and Heart  

Step 2 Select the colour of the font you would like from the drop down box

Step 3  elect the colour of the background you would like from the drop down box 

                                      Add  the personalised message in the box provided including the font design you would like 
Terms Of Sale

This listing is for an Acrylic cake topper measuring 100mm in diameter and 160mm tall and 3mm in thickness. Any message can be printed onto the toppers but please be aware the more letters added could reduce the font size.  The toppers colours you will receive may vary slightly in colour this may be due to changes in stock.

Please Note: Items will not be posted until we have either received the personalisation requirements or confirmation that one isn't required. Also note the exact wording you send will be use on your cake toppers. If no information is received within 7 days these will be posted off to you with just Happy Birthday etc,  this will insure that your order will not be delayed.   


Shipping Information

All orders will be sent out using Royal Mail 1st Class which normally takes one to two working days but this can take a little longer if ordered over the weekend. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure correct shipping details are given lost item due to incorrect address WILL NOT be refunded. Once posted you will receive a dispatched message from eBay indicating you order has been shipped and instructions on how to use the toppers. If you have not received you order in the time stated please email me via eBay messaging so I can look into this. 

Please Note

We are reliant on the Royal Mail for our delivery and will be out of our control. Masterfulcakes cannot be responsible for late deliveries so please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive in time for your party. We post Monday to Friday order after 12:30 on Friday will be posted on the next working day. Weekends and Bank Holiday orders will also be posted next working day. If you need your order urgently please see other delivery options including next day delivery which can be found under the postage and payment tab on the listing. If you do select next day delivery please do this before 3:30 this will give us time to make the topper and post it off.

Returns

Within 14 days and in the unopened and unused condition. Buyer will be responsible for return postage costs

If you order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us and include a picture so we can sort out and replace as quickly as possible
