What an amazing find this Nippon moriage piece is.  I believe it is the base to a tobacco humidor the lid is lost to time somewhere.  It features some incredible moriage work.  The moreiage is a human skull and leg bone on the front.  VERY unusual and hard to find.  It has a very eerie but fascinating look to it.  Piece measures 4.75"H x 6"dia the opening is 4.5"dia.  There are a couple thin lines of white moriage missing on the side.  All photogrphed for you.  Maker's marks on underside.  Easily used as a bowl also.  We use new packing materials and pack carefully so your pieces can arrive safely to you.  You won't find this piece easily again!!
