MATCHBOX DAIMLER BUS with Type-F Scripted Box
MB 74A-01 (MIB)

This is a Matchbox/Lesney MB 74A die cast of a Daimler Bus (superfast wheels variant) in Red dating from 1970. The item comes in its original Type F scripted box.

The bus is in excellent condition.

The Type F scripted box is in very good condition with minor localised creasing to one side panel and otherwise light handling/corner wear. The box is the type with a Regular Wheels bus image and Black scripted “Superfast” on the bottom right of the picture faces (this is the England 1970 box variant and is correct for this model). 

The bus has the following characteristics :-

·         “ESSO EXTRA PETROL” labels

·         White interior

·         5SP wheels

·         Red baseplate with Black plastic axle covers
