The book is signed by Hal Butler and made out to Tom.
Condition: I try and pick a condition based on E-bay's guidelines but please read the following for an accurate description of the condition. There is wear in spots along the edges and corners of the dust jacket. The dust jacket also has some small tears and small pieces missing. The inside fly leaf is clipped. In the last picture you can see a 18661 Sussex written in. It is an address in Detroit and my guess is the author wrote that in as it is in the same color as his autograph. There is no other outside writing in the book. There is no tobacco odor.
