Description: This is the Holy Grail of baseball jerseys!!!!! It is a vintage Russell Seattle Mariners Ken Griffey Jr. jersey from the 1999 season and the weekend series sponsored by Century 21 featuring "Turn Ahead the Clock" jerseys. Ken Griffey Jr himself came up with the TATC jersey idea in 1998 and they wore a black version for one game, but in 1999 MLB liked his idea and made it league wide. These are the jerseys the Mariners wore on July 24th, 1999 only!! It is in very good condition. They are barely noticeable and shouldn't affect the look at all, I don't think anyone would see them when you're wearing it. Nike is now the only official licensee of MLB baseball, but in the late 80's it was Rawlings and from 1992-2004 it was Russell and from 2005-2019 it was Majestic. This is an official "Authentic Diamond Collection" jersey that is the exact specifications as worn on the field by the players with the sublimated logo and sewn on name and number on the back!! There's a very solid chance you will never get another chance at this jersey. As with all my jerseys it is 100% authentic and made in the USA! Why buy a knockoff or cheap reproduction when you can get a real jersey right here!
