How to use:
1. Prepare your nails with UV BASE COAT, UV COLOR GEL.
2. Seal No-wipe UV TOP COAT and cure it dried.(Other top coat cannot get mirror effect)
3. Use eyeshadow stick to pick the powder and apply it onto your nails
4. Repeat the step 2 and step 3 till you're satisfied with the effect.
5. Seal it with No-wipe UV TOP COAT.
