The Danelectro Dead On ’67 was a very limited edition guitar and is reminiscent of the shape of a Jaguar or Jazzmaster. The maple neck is of Fender derivation, a comfortable "flattened C" contour, with 6-inline Kluson-style tuners and a single-action truss rod. The fingerboard is Rosewood.  The body is basswood with a satin red finish (neck is finished as well).  Has a really cool psychedelic mother of toilet seat plastic pickguard and faux satin metal control cavity cover.  Guitar uses the standard "Lipstick tube" single-coil pickups in satin nickel with standard controls: two Tone knobs, two Volume knobs and a three-way switch.
