Panasonic KX-TGA653B Replacement/Expansion Handset FOR KX-TG6511,6512,6513,6531.

When I went to test these all of them stated INSERT BATTERY - which makes me think all the batteries are dead. They read fine when put in the chargers but selling untested/parts accordingly. Also has a film like makeup on the front of them. See pictures for condition and enjoy!
