Item is in good working condition. Display has no scratches or dead pixels and it works beautifully.  All ports and functionality have been tested and work fine.  Battery is in 'Normal' status with a cycle count of 739. Everything works as intended.  Clean install of Ventura and bundled software only. Completely unlocked from iCloud, MDM, etc. and not tied to any person or organization.  Charger is included. Payment is due immediately following auction.  Will be shipped same day if payment is received within an hour of the auction concluding.  Otherwise item will be sent next business day via USPS priority to continental US only.
