In the art book "BANKSY IN UKRAINE – F*CK PTN!" Flemish best-selling author and art expert Marc Pairon presents one of the pages of the mysterious Banksy's work, created by him in Ukraine during the first year of the full-scale russian invasion. The book is complemented by a description and illustrations of the postal issue "FCK PTN!", presented by Ukrposhta on February 24, 2023.
This charitable book is a tribute to all Ukrainian children who became innocent victims of this terrible war.
The author will use the funds from the sale of the book to rebuild Ukrainian schools and playgrounds.
The art book "BANKSY IN UKRAINE - F*CK PTN!" recounts the graffiti Banksy created in Ukraine, the Ukrposhta issues that came out of it and the child suffering caused by the war. In the spirit of Banksy, the Charles Catteau Foundation asbl - in consultation with Ukrposhta and in a direct relationship with the Borodyanka municipal council - has decided to donate the entire selling price of the publication and the entire crowdfunding proceeds to the reconstruction of educational institutions and playgrounds in Borodyanka. In this way, every contribution - brick by brick, as it were - gets a concrete destination, and because the standard of living in Ukraine is much lower than that of the Western world and many other prosperous states, every donation there is worth a multiple of that currency.
