Q: What can I do with Fiber Laser Marking Machine?
A: Fiber Laser is an exciting tool utilizing relatively new technology. Never before engraving on metal could be done with such speed and precision as with fiber lasers. It’s easy to build a solid business with such equipment. For creative people the possibilities are almost endless. Fiber laser could be adjusted for use on many different materials, including all types of metal like, gold, silver, titanium, aluminum, brass, stainless steel, but also on leather, wood, some polymers and organic materials. This equipment is used in many industries and for variety of applications, like products code marking, gifts personalization, jewelry, decorations, knives and guns engravings, and much more.
Q: Can this fiber laser mark in color? Is there parameters for reference?
A: Yes MOPA M7 can mark in color. Colors are dependent on a myriad of variables including room temperature, temperature of the material, finish of the material, type of material, focus, lens and a host of other things. Not to mention variances between actual individual laser machines. It's a very experiment, experiment, experiment. Ablating is easy and translates pretty well from machine to machine - but specialized anneals there are just so many factors it makes it virtually impossible to give a list and say "here's the magic".
Q: Is JPT worth the extra money?
A: Absolutely, the JPT laser source is the most stable and reliable. Also, it’s so quiet that you wouldn’t know if it’s on or off while using EZCAD to create the artwork. If you ever had a RAYCUS machine, you would know what I mean. After 2 minutes, you want to shut it down because it’s so loud.
Q: Why should I invest in a JPT laser source?
A: There are several advantages of JPT LP technology over Q-switched pulsed fiber lasers with frequencies ranging from 20 to 80 kHz. The JPT MOPA M7 model frequency ranges from 1 to 4000 kHz, and the RAYCUS RFL-P50QB model frequency ranges from 50 to 100 kHz, which allows you to work on various materials, not just metals. The laser beam quality is also a factor; JPT is a better choice for jobs requiring precision or artwork with intricate details.
Q: I have no experience. Is it easy to use?
A: Yes, HL laser focus on Fiber laser and co2 laser machine for more than 10 years. We have complete technical support and tons of videos to help you setup laser machine. Also, we send you the marking parameter for some materials.
Q: Are your machine certified?
A: The HL laser fiber laser machine is CE&FDA certified
Q; What are computer operating system requirements for running HL laser fiber laser machine?
A: Windows 7/8/10/11
Q: Do you sell spare parts?
A: Yes, we sell spare parts as well, such as lens, Galvanometer etc. If you need spare parts in the future, you can buy from us.
Q:What software of fiber laser maker support?
A:The machine use the EZCAD2 software.
Q: How about the after-sales service?
A: We provide remote after-sales service by email, video, phone and team viewer. We will reply within 24 hours
Q: Which configurations of machine do I need?
A: Q-switched pulse laser (small power for surface marking, stainless steel black marking)
Mopa (Anodized Aluminum Black Marking; Stainless Steel Color Marking, deep engraving)
CO2 lasers ideal for marking wood, paper, ceramic and transparent targets
Q: What material can we mark with fiber laser engraver?
A: Metals: Aluminium, Gold, Platinum, Brass, Tungsten, Carbide, Nickel, Stainless Steel, Chrome, Copper
Non-metals: Nylon, Light Button, ABS, PVC, PES, etc
