How to Use:
1. Open the package.
2. When installing the drawer slide rail, the inner rail needs to be removed from the main body of the drawer slide rail. The method of disassembly is also very simple. There will be a spring buckle on the back of the drawer slide rail. The rail is removed.
3. Install the outer rail and middle rail part of the split slide rail on both sides of the drawer box first, and then install the inner rail on the side panel of the drawer. If it is a finished furniture, the drawer box and drawer side panels will be prepunched with holes for easy installation, and you need to punch yourself.
4. When installing the slide rails, it is recommended to assemble the drawer as a whole. There are two holes on the rail for adjusting the vertical and frontal distance of the drawer. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the left and right slide rails are in the same horizontal position, it can't be too different.
5. Then install the inner and outer rails, fix the inner rail to the length of the drawer cabinet with screws at the measured position (note that the inner rail and the already installed and fixed middle rail and outer rail should be kept in the same position).
6. Tighten the corresponding holes of the two screws respectively.
7. Follow the same method on the other side, but pay attention to keeping the inner rails on both sides horizontal and parallel.
8. Note that if the left and right sides of the middle rail and the outer rail are not kept level in the previous step, if the jam cannot be pushed forward, you need to check the position of the outer rail, or adjust the position of the inner rail to match the outer rail.
9. After installation, pull the drawer for debugging. If there is a problem, it needs to be re-adjusted. If the push-pull is fluent, the installation can be completed.
