This item came from China - I don't have the history if it came out of a magazine or not and it doesn't list a year either. Card measures approximately 2 3/8 x 3 3/8 inches.. You are looking at the front and back of the card. The stock of the item is not cardboard but more of a glossy type material. The front is glossy and may have some surface scratches.
Item condition - ex mint shape may have a tiny bend in the card... U.S. Shipping is $1 -- International shipping is $3 . Each additional card for shipping is an extra .25 cents each.
