Antique Victorian plant stand, looks like a low bench, might be made from a low Chinese style table or bench, the connection on the top is odd, secured underneath with wood (old screws), the feet have nails to prevent wearing down.
Plant or low table, suits also as bench, made of thick solid wood, good robust construction, pleasant honest wear.
