The head is in overall very good condition.  Two new rare replacement bands (representing different tensions) are included with purchase.   Below is the description from its release in 2006.  Please see photos. 

"New for 2006, featuring reflex technology which allows the pocket to react to the force of the ball.  The Reflex hinge point allows the bottom sidewall to flex during shooting, catching, and cradling.  Full Offset for maximum control and hold and a narrow face increases shot and pass accuracy.  The head weighs only 4.5 oz."
