UK Shipping is via Hermes or similar. It will depend on the size/weight of parcel once packed
Shipping times will depend by which method your order is sent, however we do aim to pack and dispatch with 48 hrs of payment being received
All orders are sent via a trackable method, tracking details will be updated once the parcel has been dispatched
Returns
Our Policy lasts 14 days
If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase without notification of an issue, then we cannot offer you a refund or exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send your purchase, or part of, back to us WITHOUT prior notification
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify (by email/telephone) you to advise that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal or original method of payment, within 3 working days
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
* Any item returned not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after notification of return
