A pair of antique English yellow metal cufflinks / studs, finely hand engraved and modelled as Victorian one penny postage stamps, with vitreous enamel decoration.
Most unusual, very collectible & wearable too!
CONDITION: All original and generally good. Slight signs of enamel wear commensurate with age and use. Backs rather fiddly to remove/replace.
DATE/MARKS: Around 1880. Not marked.
DIMENSIONS: Faces 19 x 15 mm (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.
WEIGHT: Approx. 13.5 grams together.
