Although a very edible plant we are selling these seeds for the purpose of planting & not eating. Once you grow these out you will have an abundance of pods/seeds to consume readily.

Origin of this variety still unknown. A very beautiful and delicious lima bean. Grows as a perennial, producing hundreds of pods each season. Beans are an inch or longer. It doesn't take much to make a meal. The shelled beans are best pan fried with garlic when pods are still green and moist

Don't mind the splits we see this when the pods/seeds are large and find these the best performers once planted.
