All houses are in good condition with their original packaging. The packaging has some wear from storage and age. There is wear (including creases) on all edges and corners. The plastic layer of the box is coming up in some places. Please see photos for condition of item. The photos are part of the description.

All houses have had one owner. The church's steeple cross is taped to the top inside of the box.

I usually ship within one business day of receiving cleared payment via USPS . This set is heavy and will require the 3 pound rate. Sold as-is.
