Vintage Hand Painted Figural Bird White Frosted Glass Flower Vase Enesco? 8” tall

For consideration is a vintage white frosted glass flower vase with a hand painted bird. The bird is blue, orange, yellow and green bird in color and is depicted being perched on a on a tree or flower stem. Based on online searches, I believe this to be made by Enesco, but please use your judgment.

The vase measures approximately 8” (8 inches) tall and the diameter of the mouth of the vase is about 3” (3 inches). The vase is in very good condition
