How will I know when my order has been shipped?

As soon as tracking for your shipment is available, your should receive an email. As well, your order detail page will be updated to reflect this information.

Once my order has been shipped when will I receive it?

All items should ship within 3 business days of purchase. The shipping time once in transit varies from item to item. Please refer to the shipping type and estimated delivery date at the top of this listing.

Do you deliver on public holidays or weekends?

Holidays and Sundays are not considered working days, so we don't include these in our estimated delivery times. In this instance you should expect delivery on the next working day following the Holiday or Sunday.

What countries do you deliver to?

We only ship within the Continental USA. No APO or FPO addresses are accepted. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

If your order does not arrive within 14 days please contact us so that we can investigate with the delivery company.

One of the items is missing from my order. What do I do?

Sometimes items that are purchased on the same order may arrive to you on different days. Additional packages may have their own tracking number. If you received only part of your order, please contact us and we will investigate.

A specific part is missing or defective for my item. What do I do?

If the item has assembly instructions, please contact us with the specific part names and identifiers, exactly as they appear in the instruction. We can normally open a parts request with our warehouse to try and get the missing or defective part replaced for you. If a replacement part is not available, we can process a return of the item for a full refund or replacement.

How do I return an item?

To arrange a return please open a formal return request through your order detail page. This is the easiest and most efficient way to process and track the return process.

I have received my item but it's damaged / faulty. What should I do?

If your item arrived damaged or is faulty, we will make this right as soon as possible, either by sending a replacement item to you or processing a free return for full refund to your account.

When will I receive my refund/replacement?

We will process your refund / replacement as soon as your item is received back into our warehouse. Replacements are subject to availability and, if not available, a refund will be given instead. Where possible please retain the packaging that your original order arrives in as you can use it to return the items to us.
