For sale is a WW1 Australian (British made) wooden trench periscope.

Made by the British manufacturer Adams & Co in c1917.

Periscope shows honest wear, considering its use in the trenches of WW1. Has the military production mark on the front. Still contains slight remains of the Admams & Co sticker on the shutter of the periscope.

It is in two separate pieces for packing into the hessian carry bag (also original. The bag is in an average state, but still displays well.

Also comes with spare mirrors, which are in a pouch of the carry bag. I haven't touched them.

This piece displays genuine honest wear and tear from use in WW1, which is refreshing from others often seen that look like they have just come off the assembly line and/or weren't used at all!!
